Shipping Times

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at extra cost)
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A flat rate of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Express or international shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at kmdkeys@gmail.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. KMD Keys World Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
